4. User Information

The User assumes responsibility and guarantees to hold Libertador Innovation Developments and/or 7 Mil Libertador harmless from any damage caused by the User’s failure to comply with the provisions established in the preceding paragraphs (5.1 and 5.2). The transfer in favor of Libertador Innovation Developments and/or 7 Mil Libertador is worldwide for the entire duration of the rights and includes the power to transfer them to third parties.

Minors from 13 years of age can only use their account with the authorization of their legal representative, who will be responsible for all actions and obligations arising from the use. They must also ensure its responsible and appropriate use according to the minor’s maturity level.

Libertador Innovation Developments and/or 7 Mil Libertador reserves the right to decide on the disclosure or publication of the Generated Content.
